An accounting office for small businesses
Bilanta began in 2012 as a small accounting office for Prague sole traders. We kept tax records and prepared annual tax returns for our first clients.
As clients expanded their businesses and hired staff, we added company bookkeeping and payroll. Each client received an assigned accountant and an agreed way to share documents.
Today we work with small companies and sole traders in Prague. Our bookkeeping, payroll and tax specialists work together, so clients do not have to explain the same records to several separate practices.
How we work
Your assigned accountant receives the documents, checks them and explains the monthly results. We agree the scope of services and deadlines before work starts.

Tax adviser
Eliška advises VAT-registered companies, checks VAT returns and represents clients during tax audits under an agreed authorisation. She speaks Czech and English.
Martin Kolář
Accountant for sole traders
Martin keeps tax records for sole traders and prepares income and expense summaries and annual tax returns. He speaks Czech, Russian and Ukrainian.
