We save your name, email, optional phone number, message, language and page URL to handle your enquiry. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other correspondence requires an assessment of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). In this configuration messages are deleted 365 days after receipt. A fingerprint of your IP address is retained for one hour to prevent spam.

Recipients

Messages from the form are processed by these recipients: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and form processing), Resend, Inc. (email delivery), Telegram (notifications in the company’s private channel) and Google LLC (the enquiry log in Google Sheets). Some of them process data outside the EEA; such transfers are covered by the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR.
